Tuc Craft Kitchen – Vancouver

Blindly  chose a restaurant near Portside and this was one of the top restaurants according to TripAdvisor/Yelp etc.

V-STAR Rating:

Variety – 6/10 – To me, there wasn’t must selection. Everything was really pricey – especially for the portion size that you get. I wasn’t too pleased with the selection so I chose something that I THOUGHT WAS FISH & CHIPS!!!!!!!!!! (But it wasn’t close).

Service – 7/10 – The staff was friendly and nice. Not that quick since we were upstairs, but that’s no excuse. Not much to say since there was very little interaction.

Taste – 6/10 – The dish that my friend and I both ordered thinking it was Fish & Chips was disgusting. It felt like I was just eating deep fried batter and not the “fish skin” or whatever they claimed it to be. I was hoping for legit Fish & Chips.  The whole dish itself was disgusting and needless to say, I was starving and barely touched that.

Atmosphere – 8/10 – yes, this is a bumping place to be at it seems. When we arrived and when we left, it was busy at all times..? The music’s alright. It’s dim…?

Reasonably Priced – 5/10 – again, I think it’s overpriced for the portion you get, for the quality you get, and so forth. I don’t think they justified their prices enough.

Overall, I would not come here again. Not my thing.

yours truly,

tb ❤
